If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first through our contact form online once you receive your package. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with you.

 

If you decide to return the item, please note the following:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

All returns must include track and trace information to confirm delivery. We cannot process refunds without proof that the item was sent back to us.

 To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all tags and packaging.

Please ensure the item(s) is securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit. We are not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in return shipping. 

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is returned damaged or in unacceptable condition.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.

 

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund for the item(s) price.
